We are getting into our summer schedule.In the morning we get stuff done around the house after things are done I pack a lunch for a picnic at the park. And the kids play hard at the playground and come home all tried and have a long nap. And I can get stuff done with painting and re-upholster two chairs from D.I. I need to finish painting our bedroom and making our upholstered headboard for our bed. The house is quiet and I can just focus on my projects.
This made my heart just break! There was a pug at the park one day and we stared and loved on him. It was like we were in a trance just watching it, I think the owner thought we were crazy because the way we acted. We miss Gordo so much everyday!! There is really not a day that goes by that we don't think of him and Grace talks about him everyday. Just being by a pug and the movement and all the sounds it makes and how sweet they are made me ache for Mr. Gordo. We just followed him around and my heart ached when Grace said to me " Mom, lets pretend he belongs to us just for the day". My eyes full of tears responded me too, me too.
Cooper had no fear going down the big slide!!
