I know Dr. Seuss's Birthday was on March 2 but we celebrated it a little late at our house. Each day I read a different Dr. Seuss book and the kids and I did a art project, activity and something food that was Dr. Seuss. It was a fun week with the kiddos.We had a Cat in the Hat dinner. For dinner we had green eggs and ham and the pancakes were the hat.

I tried to make the Lorax out of oranges for the kids for breakfast.
We had blue jello with swedish fish after reading the book.

Here is my little Horton. We read "Horton Hears a Who" and went outside and collected dust( bubbles) on our flower.
For the side dish for dinner we had the flower the holds the speck of dust with colored cottage cheese and celery.
